1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website and purchasing any digital art files, you agree to be bound by these terms. You represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Intellectual Property & Licensing

  • All artwork sold on this site is the exclusive property of TACArt and is protected by copyright law.

  • Purchasing a digital file grants you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You are strictly prohibited from:

    • Reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the files.

    • Using the artwork in any commercial, promotional, or branding materials.

    • Uploading the files to artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, training datasets, or automated generative tools.

    • Altering the artwork for the purpose of resale.

3. Payment and Delivery

  • All prices are as quoted on the shop at the time of purchase.

  • Digital files are provided as-is, and delivery is managed via secure digital download.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. Refunds are generally not provided, though we encourage customers to contact us if they encounter technical issues with a file.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • TACArt is not liable for any third-party claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the digital files. Our total liability for any reason shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific digital good.

6. Privacy

  • We collect personal information solely to process your orders and comply with legal requirements. Your data is handled in accordance with PIPEDA (Canada’s federal privacy law).
