Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy
1. Delivery Method All artwork sold through TACArt is provided as a digital download. We do not ship physical products. Your purchased files will be delivered via a secure Google Drive link.
2. Fulfillment Timeline Your access link will be generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout within one (1) business day of your purchase. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to prevent delays.
3. Link Expiration & Access

For your security and to maintain system integrity, each Google Drive link provided will remain active for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

It is your responsibility to have a valid access to Google Drive for download and save your files to your own secure local storage before the link expires.

If you fail to download your files within the 14-day window, please contact us at service at ShopTACArt.com for assistance. Reissuance of expired links is subject to our review and may incur a handling fee.
4. Technical Support If you have any trouble accessing your files via the provided link within the active 14-day period, please reach out to us immediately, and we will work to resolve any access issues.
Things happen! If you are not getting your purchase, contact us and we will do everything reasonable to get your purchased file(s) over to you.
