Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
